It's pretty obvious that Caph has feelings for Zain but I never expected that scene to happen. My ship sailing. I'm kinda disappointed that the witch who cursed the Duke was dead. 😀

Poor Duke, It seems like her magic is so powerful that it won't be easy to break the curse. Although i have suspicions that Daleth could be lying. πŸ€”

I have the same suspicion, and the Duke's mother is involved in this somehow. Alice mother is another intriguing story

Pretty wholesome so far. If I took other people's opinion on this anime I would have never watched it. But I'm pretty glad I did.

i've had a thought since i watched the town festival episode back in 2021 when this season was first airing in Japan. if the Duke could experiment with progressively thick gloves or mittens on flowers or other flora, would he discover a way to 'touch' Alice even in a highly indirect manner? the soles of the Duke's shoes don't wither the grass when he walks upon it... but of course there are plot holes a plenty with his curse. on-screen when the Duke falls to the ground none of the flora underneath him dies. also, touching a previously dead plant causes it to wither even faster. maybe his curse isn't death but fast-forwarding time? but if it was that his: clothes, sheets, furniture, table wares etc. would all weather and age and crumble to dust. perhaps certain materials like ones that are mostly inorganic would prevent the withering? silk? latex? rubber? leather? wool? cotton? hemp? wouldn't it be quite... ;9 enjoyable for him to caress his love even if he has to tie her to a bed so she doesn't embrace him during the throes of passion? ;9
